Mr. Kirby began his thirty year career in health care as a founder of LINK Performance and Recovery Systems in Portland, Maine in 1984. He quickly rose to President of LINK and in 1994 sold the company to Occupational Health + Rehabilitation, Inc (OH+R) in Massachusetts where John Garbarino, currently a Webster Partner, was CEO. Throughout his career, in addition to business development and sales, Nick has been actively involved in development of new business lines and has led newly acquired companies through the transition process.
